We are convinced of the quality of our work. That is why we are happy to grant you a warranty on our products. For private customers it runs for twelve months from purchase; for commercial customers it is one to six months, depending on the item — used or fully overhauled.
In addition, we take out guarantee insurance for you with Intec AG. It applies to all vehicles registered in Germany, with the exception of taxis, rental cars and driving-school cars. For one year from purchase, Intec AG covers damage of up to 3,000 euros depending on the part. So that we can take out this insurance for you, we need your vehicle registration document and your vehicle's current mileage. The insurance documents are then sent to you by e-mail.
Any subsequent modification of our spare parts voids all warranty and guarantee. This means that as soon as the replacement engine or gearbox is dismantled, or components inside it are removed or replaced, we can no longer accept liability for its function. For our own security, our goods are therefore protected against subsequent tampering both visibly and invisibly.
