You can order our high-quality spare parts internationally. To make sure the freight is not damaged on the way, safe transport is of decisive importance. That is why we ship our used engines, gearboxes and transfer cases exclusively with DB Schenker, a globally active logistics company that looks back on more than 150 years of experience in transport.

Before we send our spare parts on their way to you, all fluids such as lubricants or coolant are removed. The cavities are then sealed as well as possible so that no dirt or foreign objects can get in.

As soon as the part is ready for transport, it is packed securely on a pallet. On the one hand this means the item is fastened so that it can no longer move. On the other hand, fixing it to the pallet also guarantees that the replacement engine or gearbox cannot come into contact with other consignments.

Shipping with DB Schenker is insured, which means you do not have to worry about whether the goods will reach you safely — should that not be the case, the carrier is liable.

We ask you to check that the goods are intact as soon as you accept delivery. If the packaging shows signs of damage, please inspect the contents and refuse the consignment if there are defects. Apart from that, defects you discover after purchase must be reported to us within 30 days so that we can remedy them where necessary.
